Can i personalise my order?

In most cases yes! I can make custom and personalised kits, party supplies, stationery, cards and prints. I cannot personalise notebooks, washi or milestones are these are ready made. However I can always offer a personalised gift box.
Can i return an order?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery I cannot except returns for custom or personalised goods unless they have been damaged.
Do you do custom paintings?

I do all sorts of custom artwork. Personalised and custom painted party supplies, wedding invites, stationery for small shops, fabric/surface pattern designs, illustration work. Just send me a message and ask!
Do you sell overseas?

Yes but please purchase through my Etsy shop if you are buying outside of England, Scotland or Wales. This is because I have specific shipping profiles available there. MYHOLLYHOUSE on etsy or myhollyhouse.etsy.com
